A new service is now available to help carers physical, mental and emotional wellbeing as well as gain advice, support and information that may assist you with your caring role. This service is available to all who care for anyone over the age of 18 years.
Appointments are available at all these surgeries and you do not have to be a patient in order to benefit from this service. To book an appointment, simply ring the Surgery. For further information on the work of the Derbyshire Carers Association please visit www.derbyshirecarers.co.uk
